How we ship
All products are bubble wrapped to ensure maximum durability and safety and are then placed inside plain and discreet shipping boxes. Vaporizers are preferably sent with express shipping providers only such as DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx. This ensures fast shipping times, package tracking, reliability and door-to-door delivery. Vaporizers sent with slow shipping travel by regular mail and cannot be tracked or insured. The shipping terms are always FOB Shipping Point.
Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days worldwide. Our shipping policy is FOB Shipping Point which means the buyer is liable for the shipment once it has left our warehouse. Orders are shipped from our warehouses in USA, Europe and Asia. AsiaVape.co will always honor the Customs Clearance Insurance when purchased by the buyer, further detailed below.
Vaporizers are declared as air heaters or electronic heating devices and come with the necessary paperwork for fast and smooth import. International commodity codes (HTS codes) are used to simplify the clearance process. Additionally, AsiaVape.co will always assist the buyer if additional information or documentation is needed for customs clearance. Customs duties can be paid either directly to the delivery driver or directly to the carrier – this varies by country.
Payment of Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for complying with local rules, regulations and import restrictions when purchasing from AsiaVape.co. Unless the Customs Clearance Insurance has been purchased, AsiaVape.co is not responsible for shipments seized by customs.
Customs Clearance Insurance
AsiaVape.co’s Customs Clearance Insurance can be purchased by the buyer during checkout. The Customs Clearance Insurance activates when an order has failed to clear customs. A shipment has cleared Customs when either:
- The tracking information for the shipment indicates that it has cleared customs and arrived at the destination sort facility, OR
- Payment of customs fees and import duties is the final step required to clear the shipment as defined in (1) above.
Payment of customs fees and import duties is the responsibility of the buyer.
If a shipment does not clear customs as defined above, AsiaVape.co will do one of the following:
- Attempt to re-deliver the order up to one (1) times to an address of the buyer’s choice within the original destination country, OR
- Refund the full price of the ordered products to the buyer, excluding shipping cost, Customs Clearance Insurance cost and transaction fees.
AsiaVape.co can chose to refund the order amount as defined above to the buyer without attempting re-delivery at its own discretion.
First Class International (Ships from USA)
Orders are sent with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are delivered through the global postal network. Package tracking is available and shipping time depends on the destination country, normally 7-20 days.
DHL Express / FedEx (Ships from USA)
Orders are sent with express shipping providers DHL Express or FedEx and are delivered through their proprietary worldwide distribution networks. Package tracking is available and shipping time is normally 4-7 days.
Local Courier Delivery (Thailand Only)
Products that are in stock in our Bangkok Warehouse can be sent via courier within Thailand. You can see our local availability in Bangkok here: Bangkok Warehouse. When you add a product to your cart, simply select the Bangkok Warehouse on the product page and your order will be shipped from Bangkok. Shipping time is normally 2-3 days.
Local Courier Delivery (Malaysia Only)
Products that are in stock in our Malaysia Warehouse can be sent by motorcycle within Kuala Lumpur or express courier anywhere within Malaysia. You can see our local availability in Malaysia here: Malaysia Warehouse. When you add a product to your cart, simply select the Malaysia Warehouse on the product page and your order will be shipped from Malaysia. Shipping time is normally 1-3 days.
EMS (Ships from Malaysia)
Products that are in stock in our Malaysia Warehouse can be sent anywhere in the world via EMS. EMS uses the global postal network and offers package tracking. You can see our local availability in Malaysia here: Malaysia Warehouse. When you add a product to your cart, simply select the Malaysia Warehouse on the product page and your order will be shipped from Malaysia. Shipping time is normally 4-10 days.

What does available on backorder mean?
Some items are available on back-order which means we currently do not have them in our warehouse. We have a very close relationship with our suppliers however and back-ordered items can be brought back in stock in as little as 1 working day. We decided to use this system for certain products to avoid having them sit too long in our warehouse. Certain vaporizer models receive hardware updates often and we therefore prefer to keep a lean inventory in order to be able to offer only the latest versions of each product.
