Packaging and Discreetness

All products are discreetly and securely packaged in plain shipping boxes for the customer’s peace of mind. Our brand is not printed on the boxes and the shipments will have our commercial warehouse address listed as the sender. We are experienced in shipping vaporizers all over the world, especially to countries where import can be difficult, and we have an impeccable track record of clearing customs. Our shipping policy is FOB Shipping Point which means the buyer is liable for the shipment once it has left our warehouse.

Customs Information

We specialize in clearing customs in countries where vaporizers can be hard to import. The products are declared as electrothermic heating appliances and all necessary paperwork is prepared to ensure a fast, smooth and hassle free customs clearance process. If invoices or other documentation is requested by customs, we will assist with preparing and producing such documents.

Payment of Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for complying with all local rules, regulations and import restrictions when purchasing from Unless the Customs Clearance Insurance has been purchased, is not responsible for shipments seized by customs.

Customs Clearance Insurance’s Customs Clearance Insurance can be purchased by the buyer during checkout. The Customs Clearance Insurance activates when an order has failed to clear customs. A shipment has cleared Customs when either:

  1. The tracking information for the shipment indicates that it has cleared customs and arrived at the destination sort facility, OR
  2. Payment of customs fees and import duties is the final step required to clear the shipment as defined in (1) above.

Payment of customs fees and import duties is the responsibility of the buyer.

If a shipment does not clear customs as defined above, will do one of the following:

  1. Attempt to re-deliver the order up to one (1) times to an address of the buyer’s choice within the original destination country, OR
  2. Refund the full price of the ordered products to the buyer, excluding shipping cost, Customs Clearance Insurance cost and transaction fees. can chose to refund the order amount as defined above to the buyer without attempting re-delivery at its own discretion.

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on from where the products are purchased. Most of our inventory is shipped from Malaysia. We also store inventory in Thailand for delivery within Thailand only. Below follows a general description of some of the shipping methods we use.

J&T / Flash (land transport, tax free)

Orders sent from Malaysia to Thailand are sent via our land based transport method. They safely clears customs via a broker, are free from import tax and other duties, do not cross the border with the customer’s name printed on the package, and are forwarded to customers within Thailand as local shipments once they have crossed the border. This shipping method is extremely safe and reliable. There are no hidden fees. Shipping time is usually 4-5 business days.

EMS / DHL Express

Orders sent from Malaysia to the rest of the world are normally dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx. We do not use EMS any longer. Shipping via DHL or FedEx is fast, secure and the shipments can be tracked from door to door.

Local Courier Delivery

Orders sent within Malaysia from the Malaysia Warehouse or within Thailand from Bangkok Warehouse are sent with national express carriers as local shipments. Such carriers include Kerry Express for Thailand, and GD Express, DD Express, Line Clear Express and others for Malaysia.

Pickup from Warehouse (Kuala Lumpur)

It is possible to pickup orders in person from our warehouse in Malaysia. Simply select the warehouse pickup option when checking out. We will confirm the pickup date via email. The earliest time to pickup an order is the following business day, as the order first needs to be transmitted to the warehouse and prepared for collection.

FedEx / UPS / AT Post

Products that are purchased from the warehouse in Europe are normally shipped via UPS. Only a limited amount of products can be purchased from the European location, limited to some desktop vaporizers. The selection will appear on the product while adding it to the shopping cart.

What does available on backorder mean?

Items that are on backorder are currently not in stock. If an item on backorder is purchased, it will be dispatched as soon as it has been restocked. All products that are available on backorder are regularly restocked. If a backordered product is purchased, the customer is guaranteed to receive a unit from the next available inventory restock. If several customers are waiting for backordered items, the oldest orders will be filled first.
