United States PACT ACT Vape Mail Ban Information

The United States has enacted a new vape mail ban that will come into effect (in the United States only) on April 5, 2021. As of March 28, 2021 no carriers in the United States (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) will be able to transport ENDS (electronic nicotine delivery systems). Due to the ambiguous wording of the bill to include all definitions of a vaporizer, the legislation is currently having a severe impact on the United States vaping industry including distribution, manufacturing, storage and shipping.

Since we purchase and store a large amount of inventory in the United States, we have temporarily deactivated the ability to purchase vaporizers from our US warehouse. Until further notice, please only order vaporizers from our Malaysia, EU and Bangkok Warehouses.

We are implementing contingency plans and will acquire the majority of our inventory from other countries, but the legislation is expected to affect our lineup in the near term. For example, we can still get products produced in Canada and Germany but it is unclear how US brands like Firefly and Puffco will be affected.

We ask for your patience while we adapt to the new rules, redesign our supply chain and move our North American operation to Canada and expand our purchasing in the European Union. During all of April 2021, products that are on backorder will take longer than usual to ship due to the need to reorganize our supply chain. If ordering backordered products (except Storz & Bickel Volcano Classic, Hybrid & Plenty) the processing time can be up to 30 days. After the month of April we expect to be back to business as usual.

If you have any questions during the transition, please leave a comment below or send us an email via our contact form.
